You don't even have to try to get a quote. Because we've given up our time for absolutely nothing. And if you're already unreliable before you've even landed a job, I don't know what it would be like if they were to touch my things. We've rescheduled countless things to make time for an appointment with them. Property viewings. Work appointments. The man shows up at the door 10 minutes early, complaining that we're not there yet. I tell him the appointment was at 3:30 and that my partner will be there in 5 minutes. My partner is there in 5 minutes, but the man is nowhere to be found. Our specially freed-up time is completely ruined. And his promise to wait 5 minutes is a huge lie. This is absolutely no way to treat people. We were home before the agreed-upon time, and they're just letting us down. Highly unprofessional and unreliable.
