Slow move, more hours billed than actual work. They charged a half-hour drive for a distance that takes 5 minutes. Contacted them about this immediately after receiving the invoice, but they were met with hostility and threatened to "hand over the matter." I've moved with this company several times, but customer satisfaction is no longer a top priority these days.

My apartment was emptied for renovations with a lift against my balcony. After a month, everything was put back. Everything was as agreed, helpful, thoughtful, and reliable. Thank you, Barry, Betty, and your staff.

A fantastic team of incredibly skilled and gentle people. We were quite nervous on moving day. The Brocken team quickly reassured us and created a pleasant atmosphere with a sense of humor. Before we knew it, all our belongings were in the truck. We'd neatly packed most of them ourselves, but we'd forgotten a few things, like the cushions on the sofa and an armrest tray. At our new house, we pointed out where the sofa should go, and without even asking, the cushions were neatly put back, and even the tray was back in its place! These movers are truly incredibly careful and careful with your belongings. Highly recommended!

Today I received my new sofa. And one piece didn't fit through the stairwell. So I had to arrange a hoist, panic! I called several companies, but they couldn't help me that quickly. Brocken answered the phone, and half an hour later he was already there. So happy, the help was fantastic!

The move ended up being a lot more expensive than agreed.
