We used Bresser moving services in February of this year. The driver was very friendly, and the people who unloaded the containers and placed them in our house were also friendly. During the day, an employee sat on a garden chair incorrectly (diagonally/in loose sand), breaking its legs. This was carefully noted, and we were told that we would be reimbursed. As polite as the people were that day, the "customer service" was just as unfriendly. They refused to take any responsibility and stated that they would not reimburse the damage. Even after repeatedly insisting that the damage had been noted and confirmed by the employees, they didn't respond to any emails. Extremely disappointing. FYI: the chair was €300, and not taking responsibility for such a small amount is a terrible waste of money for a company. How would that have happened with more expensive furniture that you would expect a professional company to handle professionally? I would never use them again.
