They were fantastic. From the beginning after I turned in my info about our move, they called me immediately to discuss the details. This established a personal connection which I appreciated. Throughout the whole process they communicated clearly about the preparations and their cost estimates. On the day of the move, the movers were on time and very professional. We had mostly furniture and not many personal belongings, but the whole move from removing everything from our house and placing it in our storage unit only took 2 hours.
