Everything went wrong for us. The truck arrived on time, but alone. After numerous phone calls, it was clear that no one would help him. So we had to unload and place everything ourselves, with the driver. Of course, he couldn't lift everything alone. And that in 33°C. We're not the youngest anymore, and we also have medical issues. Look, we didn't pay for this!! And compliments to the driver!! I've sent emails, but haven't gotten a response. That's no way to treat your customers and staff. Months have passed since then. No response from the company. Not about the moving debacle. Not even about the damaged seats. We paid, over €4300. And then there was an extra charge for insurance. This really smells like a scam!! Sounds like something for the Belbus to me.
