Early this morning, I was abruptly awakened by a loud, insistent knocking on my front door. When I opened it, it turned out to be someone from Grijpma Removals. No greeting, no apology for the early hour—just the blunt question: "Is that your car?" When I explained that the car wasn't mine and I didn't know who it belonged to, the employee ran off in a rant. Just to be clear: the car he was concerned about was neatly parked in a parking space. Absolutely no reason to be so rude and pushy. This kind of behavior is unbecoming of a professional moving company. I hope Grijpma addresses their staff about customer service and decency, because this was below par.

Moving is a big deal, but with Grijpma, it's not so bad. We moved with this company earlier this week, and we were very impressed with the excellent and professional movers. Six people moved a total of 12 meters of material. Everything was undamaged and in the designated spot. Quality at a great price!
