No response even after visiting my house for quotation. I made several calls but still no answers. and the due date is coming.

Very strange employees. Standing in the grass, which isn't allowed. Blocking the only pedestrian crossing there is. All this because they're loading boxes onto a truck on the first floor. One flight of stairs is too much trouble, blocking the entire road for mothers with children. They're standing at the only pedestrian crossing, next to a school. And when I ask how to cross, I'm told to just walk around and figure it out. Or get a job myself? The solution would have been through the front door where there's plenty of room. Like any moving company would do. People on the first floor, what are you getting paid for? You can't call yourself a mover. And the communication is terrible! I would never recommend this company.

The workers took ages to throw away the old things. They were there for over three hours. I discussed their price beforehand, around €700, and that was for the entire move! There was a possible extra charge of €100. After the workers were there for so long, they decided they couldn't take everything because their hours were almost up. I had to pay an additional €500 to take the rest! There were a lot of boxes in the garden, so they moved a little over half to our new house, and the next day we had to hire other people, thus paying again, even though the intention was to move everything! The workers were rude and unprofessional, and when we finished unpacking the boxes, we discovered that things were missing: a leather jacket and an expensive perfume, both worth €170. I sent a complaint to Mr. Vos, but he didn't even bother to respond! This company is not recommended! We want our stuff back!!

The move went smoothly until the movers left and we discovered we were missing a television and a duvet. We called immediately and told them we were missing these items. The man on the other end of the line was unfriendly and slightly antisocial, and he said we should unpack everything first before accusing them of theft. I didn't accuse them at all; I asked if it was still in the truck or something. So I called again the next day, after we'd unpacked everything, with the same story. Then the other end got even more unfriendly. Because they don't steal, and I HAD to promise to pay the invoice within 14 days. Of course, I didn't promise. I sent a registered letter and put them in default. Then I called again, and they had... Suddenly, the television and the duvet were found. They were still in the back of a truck. What a coincidence. It was delivered, and the company didn't apologize for the situation or how they treated me. They didn't even ask if I would pay this weekend. Well, no, the invoice says "within 30 days," and I'll do that within 30 days. In short, an antisocial, unprofessional company that I would NOT recommend to anyone. Rude people.
