Meta Top Movers recently handled our business relocation, and we're incredibly satisfied with the entire process. Everything went smoothly and efficiently. The team was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. They handled our belongings with care and made sure everything was neatly placed in its proper place in the new building. Truly excellent service – highly recommended!
Quote for two 3-hour sessions for a house move. Total 6 hours for €600. I agreed. In practice: 30 minutes (including coffee). Travel time from the office to the location is 30 minutes each way. Just paid €300 for 1 hour of work for two people. Contacted them; as a goodwill gesture, the second session was €200 instead of €300. Because of the quote, and things can go wrong, etc. Total €500 for 2 people for 2 hours of work, including travel time. I am very satisfied with how the employees worked. I do think it was very expensive. But I accepted it, so I'm not giving a bad rating. However, I wouldn't be able to afford a complete move with this company.
Eerste contact zeer vriendelijk. Maar dat was van korte duur. Er is een verkoper langs geweest voor opname en een optie werd in de agenda gezet. Helaas was de offerte heel summier. Geen specificatie van opslag of andere services en diverse fouten in de opname gemaakt. Omdat het wat tijd kostte om de opname te corrigeren en wat wijzigingen door te voeren in onze verhuizing werd eenzijdig door Meta beslist om de optie uit de agenda te halen. Communicatie en informatie nul. gelukkig zit om de hoek Gebr Vd eijnden die mogen het nu gaan doen.
The name "Top Movers" says it all. This is the fourth move handled by Meta. Nothing but praise for the careful way everything is moved. The staff are customer-friendly and helpful. This time, our special thanks to Frank. Hats off to you, Frank, for your dedication.
