Excellent service. From intake to after care.
Called late Friday morning to request a lift in Amsterdam for Monday morning because they'd forgotten. We relayed everything by email. On Monday, after we'd already spent over an hour loading the moving lift, they suddenly said it hadn't been ordered. Then they refused to pay for the service. Dear all, I try to avoid this company at all costs. They do have permits from the municipality of Amsterdam, but €150.00 for the moving lift service... Here's the email confirmation: Good afternoon, We just spoke on the phone. I would like a lift next Monday at the address below: Willemsparkweg 122 2 1071 HP, Amsterdam View in Maps > Kind regards, René Schoonderbeek Relocation Planner Next: Hello, As agreed with René, we would like to pay €50.00 of the €150.00. We would therefore like to receive a credit note for €100.00. There has been no confirmation, and you have not contacted us. Kind regards, Sjoerd Meijer Administration and Support What a shame!!
I've rarely encountered a company that's so collaborative from start to finish. From the initial contact with our account manager to the support from the office when we needed extra boxes, nothing is too much trouble. The heroes of the show are Mo and his team. They truly make moving day a joy with their positive attitude. Nothing is too much trouble; they think along with you and resolve everything. Truly excellent service!
This company keeps harassing elevator companies on Friday afternoons because they don't have the capacity themselves. Just buy more elevators and treat your staff well. Scolding Amsterdam doesn't help either. Paying your invoices would have helped. Good luck with the poor service. And stop calling 020! We don't like stalking Piet!
Unfortunately, we moved to Spain and back to the Netherlands within six months. Mondial Movers Waaijenburg moved us both times. And both times, they handled it perfectly. Very professional and very smooth! This company truly deserves more than 5 stars. Top movers.
