I did not use their service after they had sent me a quote that was over 80% more expensive than the quote from a competitor, and included over a thousand euros for parking permits (the competitor I went with wanted 0 euro for this). Finally, when I emailed them to ask whether the quote was correct, they chose to ignore me. NICE.

I heard they are the best and indeed the reputation is true. Professional approach with the whole move from the initial email request till the completion of the move. They moved our stuff with care, they carry the furniture as you would carry it yourself. They make sure it is protected, in case you haven’t done your homework, so truly in good hands. The entire team that moved us is also super fun and nice professional guys. Would totally use this company again!
Last time I used them they did not completely assemble my daughter's bed and didn't even tell me about it. My daughter fell through the bed and I had to fix it my self. They came and inspected the bed, saw the extra screws I had to place in it and still they did not accept responsibility for it. You have to check everything with them.
