Looking for a moving company, this one gave me a great rate so I accepted the offer. As soon as I was asking for more information about the move, I started discovering a ton of hidden fees that they would only tell once the goods are on their control. When I asked for a disclosure of all hidden fees, the response from Ruurd Venema was shocking: "Trust our company or please find another company . It takes to much time . We start writing a book now . " I have never dealt with such arrogant company and of course I did not signed the contract.
