The moving company only had to take everything we specified and place it where we wanted it. We were responsible for disassembling and reassembling ourselves. The movers arrived in groups of four. The person who was packing the moving van wanted to inspect everything first. This way, he could get an idea of what was coming and how he wanted the van to be organized. Once upstairs, things suddenly moved quickly. The other movers had spread out across the stairs and in the hallway, and the belongings were already being brought downstairs. It happened so quickly that I couldn't even switch gears. There were things in the living room that would go in a car, and I wanted to take them outside so they stayed separate from the rest. In the commotion, I forgot to grab the bag of bed parts from our bed, and it's nowhere to be found. I have no idea where the movers put it. None of us were told about it either. Everything else went smoothly. There was a slight mishap in the new house where the front and back rooms were now located, but they still managed to move most of the belongings to the back room. We would definitely recommend this moving company. A fair price for a job well done.
