Overwelmed: very happy with the move within one day from the South of Holland to Zeeland. It started with a personal visit at our old home to make a list of our inventory, to align what needs to be moved, disassembled at the current location and assembled at the new location. We also asked for a walk-in carpet to protect the floor. Tip: check what you agreed upon is on the quotation. I had some doubts about the amount of boxes and about what is included in the service and what is not. Our preparation: We asked to deliver the boxes 3 months in advance, so we could start with packing the small things (we had enough space to store those boxes in our cellar). We asked for the clothing boxes upfront (so we put the clothes with hanger in those boxes ourselves). We printed the map of the new home and every room/space was marked with a number, which comes handy for the numbering on the labels you put on the boxes. We arranged a walk-in carpet ourselves to protect the floor on 1st level in our new home as the weather forecast predicted lots of rain the whole day. We really wanted to avoid wet stains on the our new carpet. M-day:: The movers arrived 7:15 at our old location. After a short but very clear and pleasant alignment the movers started with packing the paintings, chairs, couch, other furniture and picking up all the boxes. They disassembled the garden chair and bed. After 2,5 hours the house was empty. At the new location we provided the movers the map of our new home. Due to every box and furniture was labeled by us, it took the movers only 2-2,5 hours to get everything in place. The whole move went perfectly even under the bad weather circumstances (lots of rain). The movers took really good care of our inventory. If I could reward the team of movers, I would give them a golden 🏅

I relied on the comments here and chose this firm for the move. What a mistake! They packed everything in a very careless way and they did NOT unpack even a single box. Being an expat and moving already 6 times in the past, I have never had such a service.
