I appreciated the whole process with this company. They were very timely with responding to me and resolving issues. They even made a second trip back, called me before they arrived so I was prepared to meet them, and were courteous and understanding of my dog being nosey! Very kind men and painless process. I would recommend them and use them again if I ever needed to :)

Very dissatisfied with the moving company. I agree with a previous comment. The first contact was positive with Arjan on the phone and the agreement. But then the day of the move, there were a group of subcontractors, very nice people, who took longer than expected to pack all our things.The worst came with the delivery, two days late, poorly organized and planned, came with two smaller tracks not from the company, only two guys to do the unpacking and move boxes to the house that of course took forever and my whole family had to help very actively to get it done. They were not informed that they had to assemble the furniture disassembled. Positive side: subcontractors were very nice but clearly outnumbered and nothing was broken. I would not recommend this company for a move.

Thank you Jochum, Mike, and Walid!! They were professional, flexible, and communicative. They dropped off boxes and labels the week before, and showed up the day of the move with a great attitude. They worked quickly and effectively. Highly recommend!
