Great team, great services great price! Took care of my furniture with extra care, everything went perfectly! The guys were not only polite but fun to be around, made moving less hard! Would recommend 100%!

Their website says 100% of customers are happy, but we are not. Far from it. My girlfriend lost EVERYTHING DURING THE MOVE because their truck caught fire. After weeks of the company telling us to make a list and give prices on all the items in the truck for the insurance they eventually admit that it wasn’t even covered by the insurance, so we are not insured. They tried to settle quickly by offering 2000 euro for ALL MY GIRLFRIEND’S STUFF. How humiliating to have my girlfriend make a list of her belongings and find prices and receipts (most of which were in the truck of course) only to tell her it wasn’t even covered by insurance. They told us our washing machine was 10 years old when we bought it last year and undervalued everything else too. Do you realise how painful it is to lose everything you own only to have to go back and list everything and the price too?! And then find out they weren't even covered by their insurance or prepared to pay the price?! In the end they paid barely over half the value, after we got a lawyer. These people will tell you that your belongings are safe with them, but in our experience they're not. Do yourself a favour and go to a different company.

We hired this company for a move from Utrecht to Rotterdam. The gentlemen were friendly and professional. They worked quickly and carefully, everything was unloaded at the new house without any issues. They even took care to level the machine machine at the new house :) They finished the job within about 30 minutes of the estimated time, so the cost estimate was pretty accurate as well. Communication prior to and during the move was easy and responsive. Great value for money, I would use thier services again.

VERY BAD experience. Movers were complaining that we have heavy stuff to move, they broke our balcony during the moving, let some items in the flat because too heavy… I had to care about moving those heavy items myself…. Complaining that we have too many boxes… they also try to charge us more than what we agree on, they forgot to protect part of our furniture, which arrived damaged… well, I would not take them a second time !
