We had only positive experience with Verhuizersamsterdam. They moved all our stuff very quickly and professionally, they managed to do that even under our agreed hours. I can't thank them enough for moving furniture up the stairs (our windows were sealed) to the 3rd floor, as many of other companies refused to do that. During the move, they kept us informed about what and how they plan to remove first for quicker move and have been transparent at all times.

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS I called and was told it would be 1-1.5 hours until they arrived. I was waiting for over 2 hours on the sidewalk with a fridge and they ignored all my calls until they finally called me back to say that they could come 3 hours later than they originally told me! Awful service and completely unreliable. Save yourself the headache.

Many thanks to this company for the service they gave. It was a last minute call on a Sunday. They came quickly within 30min. and helped me with the moving lift to carry a heavy wash machine to the 4th floor. Professional, fast and clean.

A horrible experience, don't ever book this "company"! Here is why: 1. When you book a company you expect them to be on time and not 2 hours late. I waited for 2 hours in front of the door with my stuff ready. It was scheduled for 9:30 or 10. The "boss of the company" told me it will be 11 after I asked where they are. So I waited. They arrived at 11:30. I had to go to work after this and asked the "workers" to please work FAST. They worked extra slow,not motivated or professional - and even did not move stuff from the elevator to the van. They were standing in front of the elevator with my stuff, waiting for me for no reason and losing time, extra so that it takes me longer. I had to carry all of it by myself to the van. 2. The most schocking thing was not that they were not professional or slow, but that they were visibly on drugs, weed, and I was schocked when they arrived. I expected professional workers. My friends saw them as well. As we drove, the guy who was driving almost passed a red light on a big crossing street. The other guy shouted in dutch STOP RED!!! It was horrible. On this way I was only praying to stay alive with a driver under drugs. They were also smashing the doors of the van and stuff to make me feel uncomfortable because I previuosly told them that I have the feeling they are not helping me. As a woman you only feel scared of aggressive behaviour like this - especially when you are alone with two men on drugs. 3. As I said I as a woman did the hardest stuff. (Carrying everything from van to elevator and back!) I dismantled my bed. They only organized the positions of the stuff inside of the truck and transported the closet. Thanks for that. They did not work efficient and they were LOSING TIME on purpose. This is not professional - it is ridicolous. 4. By dutch law movers are required to wear face masks because of the spread of Covid 19. They didn't. 5. The "sunday tarif" was 100 € an hour. A shame for what these workers have been doing. 3 hours for a work that could have been easily done in 2 as well. With organisation and teamwork but of course if the workers just stand around and don't want to help or work it takes longer....and if they are on drugs even extra longer. I don't know where this company found this guys but it was a horrible experience and dangerous as well.

Terrible service: unreliable, takes ages to answer, doesn't send a proper quotation (non-declared work?) and doesn't show up at the time of the appointment. In fact, he never showed up an no apologies at all. Don't get this company's services. NEVER.
