Our move to the storage facility went perfectly. We are very satisfied. It was a real treat because we had the same staff as during a previous move that we also had handled by Van Haarlem Verhuisservice. This time, everything went smoothly and professionally. Exactly as agreed, our belongings were picked up from our old house at the end of April and delivered to our new one at the beginning of May. The movers worked incredibly well in both the old and new house, and the very friendly movers did a fantastic job. We pointed out a few things, and for the rest, they completely relieved us of the burden and came up with solutions for everything themselves. We ended up having them pack the things for us due to a lack of time, which gave us so much peace of mind. They also did a fantastic job, making unpacking a breeze. Nothing but praise for the smooth operation and the fantastic team at Van Haarlem!
Although circumstances ultimately led me to choose a different moving company, my experience with W. van Haarlem Verhuisservice was incredibly positive regarding the quote process. The contact with the advisor during the appraisal was excellent, the quote was very accurate and competitively priced, and the process itself was also very pleasant. During the quote process, a family member unexpectedly passed away. They were very understanding and flexible in rescheduling or rearranging things that needed to be done for my schedule. I highly recommend this company!
Moving is something I absolutely dread, but thanks to the top-notch team at Van Haarlem, the day itself went absolutely flawlessly. Friendly, experienced people who work hard and are proactive. They honor their agreements meticulously. Moving boxes were delivered and picked up punctually at the agreed-upon times. The appraiser accurately estimated the contents in terms of boxes and space in the van. A practically perfect move. You do need the financial means, but if possible, I'll never do any moving myself again. Thanks so much, guys!
