I recently used their services for a move within Amsterdam, they are “ok”. Positives: - they took care of everything: parking permits, packing everything in the house, etc. - very friendly and overall nice people - they packed our stuff very well, nothing really broken besides few scratches - competitive price, in particular for the whole package (dismantling furniture, packing stuff in the house, etc.). Negatives: - overall professionalism: extremely loud music played inside the house and outside during the move. At some point it was really embarrassing and I had to ask them to reduce the volume - furniture montage: they did it incorrectly. The wardrobe doors are wrongly attached and don’t close properly. I will have to take them down and do it again. - scratches on furniture. They have put all their tools on top of a wooden table, started working on the rest of the house and then decided to wrap the table in plastic for protection. Eh? Why not doing it the other way around? As result the table is now scratched. Not a big deal but it was just stupid. I would suggest to keep an eye on what they are doing, protect the delicate furniture in advance and check that the everything works fine after the montage.
