We chose WTS Group from Genk for our move. I'm very satisfied with their service and the service they provided. They were super friendly and provided excellent assistance with all the moving tasks. Thank you so much!!

We had a smooth move. It was more than they expected (I had asked beforehand to come by to see how many trucks were needed. That didn't happen, the only downside). After a tour on the day of the move, they realized it would never fit in one truck. A second truck was quickly arranged, making the move go smoothly. Nothing was too much trouble for the men, even though they worked a few hours longer than expected. They gave it their all, right up to the very end! Very friendly people, too. In short: highly recommended!

Finally, excellent service that leaves nothing to be desired: our move, with a moving van and three strong men from WTS, went smoothly. They were friendly and efficient, professional, communicative, careful, and attentive to our wishes. We don't write reviews often, but they deserve the best publicity. Thanks.

They don't do what they say they do on their website, deliver shoddy work, break things, and don't fix anything. They charge higher prices than agreed upon and don't receive invoices for the hours they've worked. They're not professionals at all, and when you call, they simply don't answer. And then they claim you're stalking them when you just want to fix the problem.

Doesn't keep to appointments. It's great to hear some positive feedback, but we didn't have a positive experience. Ordered a month ago for 8 a.m. on Saturday. Confirmed via WhatsApp. Everything was fine, everything was clear. Saturday morning, 8:17 a.m., still no lift. Called five times: answering machine. (Even though they advertised 24/7 availability). Called another company (because we were waiting in the rain with all our stuff), and they arrived 20 minutes later. Meanwhile, I received a call from the driver: "I'll be there around 9 a.m." I politely declined, but that wasn't necessary. Oh yes, and their WhatsApp messages disappeared after a week. It's not hard to miss appointments then... *** Update after the owner's response that "we weren't patient": When we made the appointment, I clearly requested 8 a.m. The driver preferred 9 a.m. He said it clearly: we'd have all the helpers together at 8 a.m. and be ready, and we'd be in trouble if we started an hour late. Arguing again for 9 a.m., but still saying, "Okay, we'll be there at 8 a.m.." The driver who called me said the scheduler had told him 9 a.m., otherwise he would have arrived earlier. There was nothing he could do about it. This wasn't about patience, sir. Other people have schedules too, and they have to make sure everything works out. But thanks for your reply, because you were unavailable by phone.
