Everything seemed to be properly arranged til the moment that the company didn't come on the date booked. On the second attempt, the company came on time, but: they sent more men than requested who entered in our neighbor's property and used her WC (leaving it super super dirty), at the end, the left the door's building open and the lights on. We sent an complaint describing the situation to which we received an answer 1-month later with a 'I'm sorry message' and the wrong invoice attached. We asked them to correct the invoice and for a financial compensation to cover the cleaning of the WC and the flower to the neighbor. The manager sent us back an invoice with 20 Euros deducted.
Three times they changed the delivery date. Once they set a delivery date but never showed. They broke things and never reported this. Not a professional party to do your moving with.

Unfriendly company. We wanted to view our recently deceased father's belongings, which had been in storage with them for three years. We'd always paid them promptly for the costs. What a difficult thing they did. The first viewing appointment wasn't scheduled for a month and a half later. My brother and I were there a month and a half later. We both had scheduled time off work because we couldn't move at another time. They simply didn't show up. Because of all that hassle, we decided to have Mast (now a nobbe) move the furniture right away. I figured that would be the end of it. Our first appointment was canceled on the day itself. Unprofessional. More hassle for us. Then they finally showed up for the second appointment (friendly movers, mind you), but they were two hours late. They just had to be normal. So I was already very dissatisfied. To top it all off, the invoice wasn't €230, but over €500. They chose not to provide an estimate of the total cost in the quote. A simple estimate would have been enough for me to decline. I already thought €230 was a bit steep for the unfriendly service we'd received so far. I've already sent the company an email about it, but they haven't responded. All in all, very poor customer service regarding how they inform you and handle complaints. And poor moving service because agreements aren't honored.
A worthless company... With bizarrely poor service and communication... A simple transport turned into a disaster, with damage totaling €493.28. The preparations went well; I had to provide photos, and the job was accepted. The execution was downright terrible. The three (friendly, no complaints) movers arrived with a broken moving van that couldn't be driven out because they couldn't get it started, and they drove up without any equipment. After this, we had to wait an hour for our belongings, resulting in damage to the front door and floors. After that, they drove to the other side of Groningen. When they asked if I wasn't home, they discovered they'd gone to a completely different address. But I can handle all that, no problem. The misery started with an invoice. I had to pay for the incorrectly driven kilometers and the waiting time... +300 euros. After a month and a half of emailing back and forth, it was over; they would return the damage claim. Ladies and gentlemen, we are now... Three months later and it's still unresolved. You hear nothing, you get nothing, time is money unless it's your own time. A worthless company, truly worthless. Damage repaired at my own expense. €400. And Mast? You don't hear from them anymore! Let me just say, we're taking legal action and are taking action. It's incredibly bad!
