They came by three times to inspect the inventory, but their estimate still turned out to be incorrect. We couldn't take everything with us, so loading and unloading took much longer than planned. We paid for the installation costs, but ultimately had to do most of it ourselves due to the late arrival. We also provided the movers with food, since it was already past dinner time. A few days later, we discovered damage to the new washing machine that wasn't there before the move. We also paid €60 for insurance. Now we have to prove they caused the damage. "Unless you can prove that we damaged your electrical appliances, we must deny our liability for the damage." We also received verbal claims beforehand that later turned out to be untrue.

Fair price and skilled professionals. A truckload of stuff was moved in two days. The movers were happy to go the extra mile.
