What should have been a normal moving day turned into a complete nightmare thanks to Nobbe Removals. I'm sharing this so others can avoid this misery. They estimated the number of cubic meters themselves using video footage. We had even moved part of it beforehand, so it should have been less than expected. Yet, the misery started immediately on moving day. Late, poorly prepared, and completely unprofessional. The appointment was 7:30 AM. Nobbe arrived an hour and a half late, with an excuse about a "traffic jam" that ANWB (the Dutch Touring Club) deemed completely unfounded. Then they arrived with a moving van that was too small and without a single moving box. A moving company without boxes... it's almost unbelievable. Because of that, they couldn't start until 11:30 AM. Moreover, they had no runners, no TV box (just some cardboard taped together), no bedding bags—none of what was in their own quote. And then it all went completely haywire. At 4:00 PM, work had to be stopped due to labor regulations, even though the house was supposed to be delivered at 10:30 AM the next day. So, they were back at the doorstep at 6:00 AM. With the same small truck, which meant that, due to their miscalculation, a large portion of the items couldn't be shipped. Meanwhile, damage was also caused to the parquet floor – a clear sign of the sloppy workmanship. The delivery from storage was once again a chaotic affair: – Boxes sometimes containing only one item – A wet pillow – Damaged antique cabinet – Incomplete lamps – Rails that were still in storage You had to request everything yourself: runners (a few old blankets), assembling cabinets, hanging lamps – all tasks that were simply included in the quote and were carried out with visible reluctance. And then the most shameless move: Despite all the damage, poor performance, and incorrect estimation of cubic meters, Nobbe dares to present a bill at the end of the move for "extra work" and "extra volume" – even though this was entirely their own fault. Regarding the damage caused? Complete radio silence. That this company calls itself "recognized" is completely incomprehensible to me. Our experience was a series of poor organization, misjudgments, damage, delays, and zero responsibility.

We are very satisfied. Everything was perfectly arranged. They even rolled out the red carpet. The movers were courteous, very friendly, and professional. Everything went smoothly. They were hard workers despite their young age. We highly recommend Nobbe Removals from Winschoten.

We moved with two months of storage in between. The initial meeting (quote) was very pleasant. Mr. Nobbe understood perfectly that a move is quite a big deal, very different from the other two movers I've had. Very pleasant movers, fast, careful, and professional. I always found it very easy to communicate with Mrs. Nobbe by phone. The only time she didn't answer, she even called me back! The only area for improvement might be the connection between the acquisition and the planning, because when I called a week before the (second) move, it turned out I hadn't been scheduled properly yet. However, they were resolved very well right away. All in all, definitely recommended: a very good company!

Unfortunately, our experience with this company has been less than satisfactory. We had to pay a hefty price (in our opinion) for just a few pieces of furniture and a couple of beds. The furniture and beds were not reassembled correctly after disassembly. The result: crooked beds, wardrobe doors installed the wrong way around, and a stable wardrobe that has become unstable. After contacting them, we received nothing but sincere apologies after two months, and they were of the opinion that they had assembled it correctly. They also requested that we simply pay the entire invoice amount...

Moved with Nobbe for the third time. Excellent value for money. After a month, I discovered a sliding door was upside down in a closet, but that's a mistake easily made. Very courteous guys, smooth communication.
